Richard Princewill is the Founder and CEO of ZIKLAG Capital, LLC, where he oversees the company's mortgage fund operations and investment strategy. He brings over 30 years of experience in residential real estate development and private money lending to the company.
In addition to ZIKLAG Capital, Mr. Princewill manages a successful private lending operation, originating commercial mortgages and bridge loans for real estate investors through partnerships with national private money lenders.
Prior to ZIKLAG Capital, Mr. Princewill was founder and CEO of Princewill Properties, Inc. (PPI), where he led the acquisition, renovation, and management of over 1,000 residential units wit h a total value of approximately $25 million from 1993 - 2009. Under his leadership, he built a comprehensive network of service providers and implemented sophisticated loan origination systems.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Princewill worked as an Architect, bringing valuable technical expertise to his real estate ventures. His recent achievements include originating over $7 million in loan production across residential and multifamily properties in the Metro Atlanta Georgia market, while managing a team of independent loan brokers.
Mr. Princewill is professionally trained as an Architect and has extensive expertise in property acquisition, renovation, stabilization, and disposition.
